Meet Elvis Lossa
Public service is not about slogans. It is about results.
I am Elvis Lossa, a U.S. Army combat veteran, a father, and a public servant. Most recently, I served as Policy Coordinator for the Texas Speaker of the House, working on complex policy and operational challenges that affect communities across our state.
I am running for Congress because Texas’ 31st District deserves representation that understands how government works and holds it accountable.
Elvis Lossa is an officially filed candidate for U.S. Congress in Texas’ 31st District. View the official candidate filing with the Federal Election Commission.
Serving Texas’ 31st Congressional District
Elvis Lossa is running to represent Texas’ 31st Congressional District, which includes communities across Central Texas such as Round Rock, Pflugerville, Killeen, Temple, Belton, Georgetown, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Lampasas, Llano, San Saba, and surrounding areas. As a public servant and U.S. Army combat veteran, Elvis understands the needs of growing families, veterans, and small businesses throughout the district.
Core Values
- Service before politicsThe job is about people, not ambition.
- Accountability and follow throughPromises mean nothing without results.
- Respect for working familiesPolicies should make life easier, not harder.
- Transparency in government
District 31 — including communities like Round Rock, Georgetown, Killeen, Temple, and Copperas Cove — is growing fast, but Washington has not kept up with the needs of Central Texas.
Too often, leadership in Congress is focused on noise instead of outcomes. Families, veterans, and small businesses deserve representation that listens carefully and then acts decisively.
I am running for Congress to bring experience, accountability, and a results-driven approach to serving Central Texas.
Elvis Lossa served as a U.S. Army soldier and combat veteran before committing his career to public service.
